The application was founded out of the necessity to have all verbal authorizations, partnership agreements or instructions between anybody in a sales or advisory capacity, as well as intermediaries and their clientele in the business sector, whom they work with on a daily basis, safely stored and communicated. All verbal communication from the users’ handset – client authorizations, contractual documents, amendments and new business applications can now be safely vaulted, renamed, notes added, stored and communicated on a safe and secure platform.
This will be done on calendar format, enabling the user to set follow up reminders and contracting with their clientèle. Documentation can also be uploaded from the handset’s gallery along with the saved verbal calendar entry. All call recordings are securely vaulted through Reco mobile’s web portal and is easily retrievable by client name, unique reference number (This is assigned to each new call recording for ediscovery) and date.
Recomobile systems and all its business practices and processes is in accordance with the latest (“POPI”) legislation and compliancy act. Reco Data/Security and Privacy policy is endorsed by Celegenix.
A Real-time noticeboard communication platform is available, providing its users with the latest trends and legislative topics.
Reco. recording application with all its multiple benefits will be available on a monthly subscription and licensing fee of R49.00 ZAR including our value added product benefits namely: Evac24 -Panic button and Noticeboard, upon registration.

All ‘Reco’ subscribers will benefit from our telecommunications work-site offering. Converting to the Reco work-site telecommunication platform including the switchboard and landlines, will result in a cost saving of up to 50% of your monthly telephone account. Incoming call hunting to multiple handsets is also available to its users. Existing phone number portability from any telecommunication provider is also available.
Recomobile Network provider - business communication solution, its inclusive technology, mobile applications and discounting on all the services it provides, will be a free value add to all new Reco mobile network provider subscribers. Subscribing to new cellphone contract or migrating from your current network provider to the Reco mobile network will result in the waving of the monthly mobile application subscription fee. All subscribers enjoys our value added products namely: Evac24 – Panic button and the noticeboard.
