This has been such a hit amongst the patients!

As part of our excellent service offering , we include WhatsApp as a way of communication for patient account enquiries. Our aim is to make it more accessible for patients to do a quick follow up on an outstanding account.

Please take note that :
1. All communication is recorded and stored.
2. Practice specific WhatsApp numbers are provided.

Why did we introduce this feature?
1. It enables patients to enquire on the status of their accounts without the restraints of available airtime etc. Now they can simply send a WhatsApp with their query.
2. To be an efficient and time-saving channel of communication and follow-up for patients.

How does it work?
1. Information is only be provided to cell numbers listed in the member / patient data file.
2. The communication processes within the bureau remain unchanged. Patients still receive their statements monthly and telephonic & email communication will still take preference.
3. The WhatsApp’s will be attended to during office hours.
