The main focus for this would be to write off up to 60% at least of the outstanding balance of debt. This case is taken to the high court to assist with writing off debt. Client’s will be listed for insolvency. Keep in mind that this offer is valid to clients without a property or financed vehicle as this will be sold to assist with paying the outstanding debts.
This process starts with attorney fee’s as well our own cost, thereafter you will have a flexible time period of 18 months to which this will be contribution amount settling all creditors. This is stretched according to your affordability. Once this is all done, you will be looking at another 6months if you want to apply to do the rehabilitation. The rehabilitation is applicable to clients wanting to clear then the record they have of the debt as well the full process.
