Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and Implement business opportunities to gain market share
· Deliver and manage turnover targets for the area
· Deliver and manage internal process, procedures, and compliance for the area and per store
· Identify, escalate, and deliver continuous business process improvement that improves operational ex*****on and manages risk
· Monitor area performance, identify and analyse trends, report on business performance, and ensure appropriate actions
· Implement, deliver, and monitor customer service initiatives
· Represent the brand in dealings with stakeholders
· Support and deliver regions retention strategy
· Deliver adherence to HR policies and procedures that aligns with corporate governance

· BCom Degree or Diploma
· Min 5 year operational management experience of junior employees
· People management and leadership experience of Junior employees
