After postponing our May antenatal class due to the heavy rains, we were finally able to get together with these beautiful soon-to-be mammas ❤️.

We spent time together talking about pregnancy, nutrition, labour, birth, and breastfeeding. What we love most is how naturally the conversations flow, with moms sharing experiences, asking questions, and supporting one another.

Sister Ansie Lima facilitated this month's class alongside our volunteer Fatima, who helps with translation and facilitation. She is such a vital part of our team.

There was lots of laughter, learning, and connection. A special thank you to our sponsors, Jesse Pads, who continue to help us support these moms with essential items like reusable breast and maternity pads.
