Today is more than a birthday.

It is the celebration of a journey.

A journey of faith, rebuilding, resilience, growth, education, entrepreneurship and purpose.

As V Mash Insurance Brokers celebrates 10 years in practice, and as I celebrate another year of life today, I am proud to share something that has lived in my heart for a very long time.

I have officially written and published my first book. 📚🤍

This book carries pieces of my life - the victories, the setbacks, the lessons, the tears, the rebuilding, the people who stood beside me, and the grace of God that carried me through it all.

To my family, industry mentors, close friends, clients, colleagues, and everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you.

Being part of the journey of the Institute of Gauteng (IIG) has been one of the defining chapters of my professional life.

Leadership is never about position - it is about service, consistency, and showing up even when it is not convenient.

I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to have contributed, learned, and grown within spaces that continue to shape lives, futures, and families every single day.

It was also a privilege sharing a special moment alongside industry leaders such as Simphiwe Magangane, IIG Past President, and Thokozile Mahlangu, CEO of the Institute of South Africa (IISA).

True progress in financial services is not accidental - it is built through collaboration, education, and a commitment to excellence that outlives individuals and titles.

I am grateful for the spaces that continue to challenge us to grow beyond comfort and lead with purpose.
