Integrated Conscious Movement (ICM) is a community  based social empowerment movement which generates funds through crowd funding initiatives and is established by XES Enterprise (Pty) Ltd. ICM focus in bringing people  together from all walks of life because ICM believes that each individual  came into the world to play a positive role. ICM’s aim is to fight and eradicate social challenges by

encouraging each individual to participate physically, mentally (Ideologically), spiritually and financially. 

The movement will assist in the creation of sustainable employment (No short / long-term renewal contracts & Employment agents - Only Permanent, Temporary & Traineeship contracts), skills  development (Learnerships, Apprenticeships, Internships Bursaries & Scholarships) through the establishment of new business ventures and  improve the lives of local men and women. ICM plans to benefit those  who were previously disadvantaged, poor, unemployed, students,  graduates, school drop outs, orphans, widows, foreigners national, young and  old; irrespective of race, religion and political beliefs or economic status.  Efforts made by the ICM, its members and those who contribute through  donations (Monetary /Physical goods) is indeed focused in shaping the world into a better place for all.
