🚨 MARATHON UPDATE: THE DOCTOR HAS SPOKEN. 🚨

Unfortunately, the verdict is…

SIT. THIS. ONE. OUT.

After all the training and long runs, I won’t be lining up for my first marathon this weekend.

I’m disappointed, but I know the training wasn’t for nothing. Every kilometre has built something.

For now, I’ll rest, recover and rebuild before coming back stronger for the next marathon at the end of the year.

The dream is postponed — not cancelled.

EL Border Marathon, you win this round.

Next marathon… I’m coming for you.

Seven months are behind us, and five remain. It’s the perfect time to pause and ask yourself:

✔️ Are you on track to reach the goals you set in January?
✔️ If not, what’s one small action you can take today to get back on course?

Remember, progress isn’t about being perfect—it’s about staying consistent. There’s still plenty of time to make 2026 a year you’re proud of.
