To every single person from GQ, Kabega Park, Germiston and beyond who has donated, shared Jack’s story or simply kept him in your thoughts, thank you. Your kindness means more than you know.
Jack has been through so much, and while he is currently receiving treatment at Livingstone Hospital, there are still costs he has to carry on his own. For his upcoming operation, he needs a specialist to assist, and the cost of this specialist is not covered by the government and must be paid by Jack himself.
Sadly, Jack has also lost his job during this difficult time. While he is fighting to get better, he has no income to rely on for the everyday necessities we often take for granted.
The funds raised will help Jack with the specialist and other medical expenses, including doctor visits and necessary treatment that cannot be provided through the hospital. It will also help with food, toiletries and essential living expenses while he focuses on getting through this difficult chapter.
Our biggest hope is that Jack can get through his operation, recover, regain his strength and, when he is well enough, find work again and get back on his feet. ❤️
We know that times are difficult for many people, which is why even a small donation or simply sharing this post can make a meaningful difference.
