BKS Cash Solution is a registered microfinance based in Pongola and has a Central Branch Office in Mbazwana, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.
We are seeking a highly motivated Loan Officer to join our team at BKS Cash Solution. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through the loan application process, leveraging your financial acumen and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless experience. You will be responsible for assessing clients' financial needs, providing tailored loan solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Job Tittle: Loan Officer x2
Reports to: Central Branch Manager
Job Purpose
To provide sales and administer microfinance operations on various short term loan products and other administration duties.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
• Familiarity with Loan Management System such as Delfin, Webfin or any.
• Understanding of financial modelling and analysis techniques.
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios.
• Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for client engagement and business growth
Minimum Required and Preferred Qualifications
• Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
• Experience in loan consulting or a related financial services role.
• Strong understanding of loan products and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client applications simultaneously.
Preferred:
• Experience in using Loan Management System (LMS).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a financial services environment.

This successful candidate will be placed at the Central Branch Office for BKS Cash Solution.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of various loan products provided by BKS Cash Solution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support throughout the loan process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
