Congratulations to our Founder on this wonderful achievement.

I am so excited to be selected for the prestigious 2023 Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.

From thousands of applications on the African continent, 700 fellows were selected, and I am honored to be 1 out of the 40 selected from my country, South Africa.

I have been placed in the Leadership in Business track at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, USA with fellows from different countries across sub-Saharan Africa.

I am so moved by the late President Nelson Mandela statement which reads, “What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others.”

After a long wait we are beyond excited to announce Ronald Mukonowatsauka AIB(SA), Grad ICSA, Bcom Finance as our new Business Manager at Capernaum Finance Global.

Up until recently Ronald was an Investment Analyst at Simukai Asset Management. He has held various management positions in the Banking and Financial Services sector (Pension Fund) with over 15 years experience. Ronald is well versed in corporate banking, investment and treasury management, microfinance, structured finance, trade finance and off-balance sheet finance.

We couldn’t be happier to welcome him aboard and wish him all the best in this new chapter.

BUSINESS MANAGER VACANCY

ROLE OVERVIEW
Capernaum Finance Global is a registered Credit Provider with the South Africa National Creditor (NCR) domiciled in Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa. We offer individual loans, purchase order financing and project financing. We are seeking to recruit a Business Manager to supervise and lead a company's operations and employees. The individual is expected to perform a range of tasks to ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing business strategies, evaluating company performances, and supervising employees.

Responsibilities:
• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
• Establish the company’s goals and objectives and assess overall company performance.
• Train new employees and perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
• Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
• Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure that all company activities adhere to
legal guidelines and policies as prescribed by the National Credit Regulator.
• Monitor and ensure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and
equipment.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while
recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Business management or other related fields.
• At least 2 years' experience in a management position.
• Experience of working with start-ups and SMEs.
• Experience of using Pastel Accounting is an added advantage.
• Outstanding leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
• Be a South African citizen.
