Position
Sales Agent
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Promote and market Labhija Investment's products and services.
Identify and approach potential clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Conduct presentations and explain products to clients.
Assist clients with applications and required documentation.
Follow up on customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Computer literacy is an advantage.
