Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Credit Controller / Administrator at F&I Insurance located in Northmead, Benoni. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as credit control, managing accounts receivable, reconciling invoices, handling customer queries, and producing financial reports.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in credit control for a large book.
Strong skills in reconciling accounts and handling collections.
Ability to manage client queries and disputes effectively.
Experience in preparing and presenting monthly reports.
Proficiency in using in-house financial systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience within the insurance sector is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, and financial administration.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry is a plus.
Minimum of a diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Salary: Market-related and dependent on experience.
