Position: Junior Debt Collector / Agent
Location: Die Voorbaai, Mossel Bay
Type: 3-month probation leading to permanent
Salary: R4,500 basic + commission

We are looking for a committed, energetic person (Grade 12) who wants to grow with the company long-term.

📍 Applicants must reside in Hartenbos or Mossel Bay.

This is a full-day position (8 hours per day) and requires making calls throughout the day.
Please do not apply if you are unable to commit fully. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term.

Duties:
📞 Make and receive calls to debtors (calling most of the day)
💼 Follow up on outstanding payments
📝 Update records accurately
⚡ Learn and manage the full collection process

Requirements:
✅ Matric (Grade 12)
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Strong computer skills (Excel & Microsoft Office – must send emails and work on shared Excel sheets)
✅ Energetic, professional, and eager to learn
