Every good story starts with a little heat.

Pretoria launched their Challenge from the kitchen into the parking lot, with a cooking competition that had teams racing the clock and each other. Some plates came out beautifully. Some came out with a story attached.

Challenge is about learning to thrive and not only survive. That begins long before any finish line. It begins when a group of colleagues decides to show up and trust the people beside them.

Midrand just turned up the heat.

For Midrand this year’s Challenge theme is Boiler Room: Thrive under pressure, and for the next 10 weeks our advisers are doubling up on production. Today’s launch gave us a team building event to start us off, and the energy in the room said it all.

Every branch is celebrating their own launch, so stay tuned to see what the rest of the Envestpro family got up to.

Every herd has its own way of moving, but it only ever moves as one.

This Throwback Thursday, we’re celebrating Heritage Day the envestpro way, looking back at years of dressing up in the colours, fabrics and stories that make us who we are, across every branch in the herd. From Gauteng to the Cape, KZN to Gqeberha, different roots, one journey.

That’s the heart of ubuntu: I am because we are. It’s also the heart of an elephant herd, where wisdom is shared, strength is collective and no one walks alone.

So here’s to the herd, the heritage and the road we keep walking together.
