Silverspoon Wealth is expanding, and we’re looking for investment-minded financial planners to join our growing advisory team.
While Mbombela is preferred, we will consider candidates from other areas if they can build a client base to Silverspoon’s professional standards.

Ideal Candidates:
• RE5 completed
• Intention to study further is essential (CFP in progress or planning to enrol)
• Relevant bachelor’s degree advantageous
• Open to planners with existing books who want a stronger, investment-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and absolute discretion
• The ability to keep your client conversations discreet. In the Lowveld — confidentiality and trust are what keep us ahead
• A basic salary may be offered from day one for candidates with specialities such as:
– Offshore investments
– Estate planning
– Compliance/reporting
– Analytics or portfolio work

📌 Role: Investment Administration & Portfolio Reporting
📌 Growth Path (Optional): Paraplanner → Associate Advisor
📍 Hybrid / Office-based-Mbombela

We’re looking for someone organised, detail-driven and confident with numbers, valuations, and structured reporting.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage our full reporting process — preparing and coordinating all investment reviews, valuations, and industry/FSP-level reporting required for client meetings and internal planning. You will be the catalyst that ensures every report is accurate, complete, and professionally presented for the wealth manager.

Your secondary responsibility will be the maintenance of all investment registers and spreadsheets — local, offshore, retirement, LA values, Section 14s, withdrawals, and portfolio updates. These must be kept up-to-date weekly and run at a level of precision and perfection so reporting always reflects the true client position.

This opportunity is flexible:
• For candidates seeking stability, it can remain an admin-only role — ideal even for someone transitioning toward retirement.
• For career-driven applicants, it can grow into Paraplanning, and eventually Associate Advisor privileges.
