Redistribute Benefits Services provides individuals the chance to join a successful team, offering focused, empowered, and accountable roles in a booming organization. We are hiring Sales Agents for field sales and marketing. The agents will be responsible for building and maintaining their own client base, marketing and selling the Redistribute Benefits Services product in designated locations.

Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Agent at Redistribute Benefits Services located in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban , Nelspruits ,Louis Trichardt and Polokwane, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking out new customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Conduct in-person sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of Thinasonke Benefits.

This is a remote role and is Commission based only.

Skills and Requirements

Grade 9 or equivalent (Required)

Fluency in English and one other language

Sales experience advantageous

Excellent selling and communication skills

A clear criminal record

Responsibilities:

Generating leads.

Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Understanding and promoting company programs.

Preparing and submitting sales contracts for capturing.

Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Maintaining client records.

Answering client questions about insurance terms, products, prices and availability.
