Dear clients,
Going forward, we will only be able to reserve or hold an item once a 50% holding deposit has been paid.
We completely understand that plans can change, but unfortunately we have had many instances where items were placed on hold for clients who later did not arrive or make further contact. During that time, we often have to turn away other interested buyers.
If you let us know that you are coming to view or collect an item when the shop opens, we are more than happy to give you a reasonable opportunity to get here. However, if we have not heard from you or seen you by later in the day, the item may be made available to
other interested buyers.

We truly appreciate every enquiry and every customer who supports us. ❤️ This policy is simply to keep things fair for everyone and to avoid disappointing clients who are ready to purchase.
