Once the special purpose vehicle (SPV) "bought" the debt, in other words, they had taken custody of your credit you gave to the bank, and sells that credit on the JSE. This means that the bank has been paid. And it is also important to realise that a bank CANNOT take any risk! That is why they do it, and that is why the Financial Markets Act makes provision for such a procedure which any bank follows.

Any "loan", whether it is a personal-, business-, hire purchase- or home "loan" is not a loan from the bank to you. It is CREDIT which you gave the bank! They take your "application" for the "loan" you had applied for, and immediately trade it on the stock market (JSE).

I am very thankful that I have the privilege in helping people with liberating themselves totally from perceived debt to banks & SARS. It has been a hectic past few months, with plenty ups & downs, and I enjoy providing the help people so much need, in this our beloved, yet debt-ridden country.

I have undertaken to tell you about results achieved, as I help people with their court documents. In all the cases so far, after we issued financial instruments, the banks backed off. My clients were left in peace. Some of them were summoned to court, and then we entered additional court documentation. And once again, the banks stalled. Their lawyers are simply not on the level required to deal with what we are doing for our defendant clients. We are indeed successful so far.

I have been approached by a few people who sought my help in getting them out of debt. So far, after the help i gave, they have succeeded in issuing documentation to the banks, and they made their payments to the bank, without paying any cash to the bank. As the results develop, and as the cases go to civil court, i will be there to get them exonerated from their debt, at court.
