One thing about the late Hlamalti CEO , he had an innovative mind and loved seeing young ones getting out of their shells to discover their capabilities.
He always had a piece to say to young individuals out there. A lot have grabbed a piece or two of advice from him and have tried to use those advices in their lives.
Here's a piece he wrote a few months/years ago.
I quote:
"I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesn't always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn't always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don't always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time.
(Ecclesiastes 9:11)
Therefore, not meeting your expectations is not the end of the road. we rise and fall under the sun.
