This is me today in Johannesburg - 3 different people said I look great this week 😍! They say I look monied up 😂! I’m actually broke - ever since I mastered property finance & investment & wealth management I stopped using my bank account as a money vault - so I LITERALLY don’t have money on me or in my bank account for that matter 😔. Cash is trash - assets are everything! What I do have though is attitude - lots of it 😂! A bad boy brand which I have been building for over a decade - & it has only started paying off. This is the finished product - a brand built on arrogance, lifestyle, s*x appeal & it works! Every client I attract knows how to think out of the box - they are not scared of crazy! It’s been a privilege to take my crazy clients through the path of structured property finance, sensible property investment & the fundamental principles of wealth which have separated the destroyed van Der Bilt legacy & the wealthy Rockefeller legacy. Your greatest asset is what nobody can copy - this is brand me 😍!

Here is to Johannesburg - a city where half the population are migrants (local and international) just like me! All of us came to find something buried 4km under the ground of this city - virtually a third of all the gold ever mined in the world is from the Witwatersrand basin. That’s R100 trillion worth of gold that has passed through this city 😳! Folks this city is literally built on money - that’s what drives our secondary and tertiary economies - so it’s impossible not to be rich in Jozi. I’m a property developer - reading cities is my bread and butter and that’s y I know so much about Gauteng. I’m working on developments for clients and for myself right here in the city of gold. That is where I took this pic. I gotta say the opportunities in this city are just mind blowing. Even after more than 30 years I keep discovering amazing things about this mind-blowing primate and only alpha class city in Africa. I just love Johannesburg 😍!

I also took these pics in Johannesburg CBD today. It’s the FNB bank city along Commissioner Street and Simmonds. It covers 4 city blocks 😳! But Jozi city blocks were designed so tiny cos of the gold rush - u can’t build anything big for a Jozi size institution on a Jozi block. The tiny city blocks in Jozi contribute to the tense urban vibe as compared to a better laid out Pretoria which feels more relaxed. Bank City was designed by Cape Town architect Revel Fox and built early 90s. The building is just landmark - a masterclass for its scale - I’m not sure if the internal courtyards work though 😔! I have built things this big before while working for others. As a property developer I’m currently working on a beast this scale for 1 of my clients here in Gauteng. This made made me believe u can still create magic no matter how big the scale. Truly inspiring 👌!

I took these in Johannesburg CBD today. This is the Diamond Building in Diagonal Street. It was designed by German American architect Helmut Jahn when he was only 40 (can u imagine) in the 1980s so this building is more than 40 years old (can u imagine) 😳! I took the liberty of walking all around the precinct to capture the building from all angles. The design concept was to shape the building like a diamond. From the outside u can never tell that this is 22 floors and 80 meters high. Masterpieces in architecture are just TIMELESS! Truly inspired 👌!

The city of gold - Johannesburg! I went shopping today. Not for clothes. Not for food. I went shopping for pieces of companies. I spent the day on the Joburg Stock Exchange. That’s 20 trillion rand market cap just sitting there for the whole world to buy. U r talking about 80% of all of Africa stock exchanges on 1 platform. While black South Africans r busy fighting their African migrant brothers for the 1 trillion rand township economy. 20 times of that is sitting for grabs. Joburg stock exchange can return up to 28% a year. That’s twice more than the New York stock exchange. Unlike when u are in my country Zim - in Joburg (having a South Africa cellphone number & bank account) you can also easily access Far East Asian financial markets & even buy European & USA company shares 😳! So u can imagine - I’m like a kid in a candy shop right now. If u know how to use compounding u can double your money in 3 years (rule of 72) & that’s without leverage & arbitrage. Jozi is just amazing. I’m gonna be broke soon 😏!

So this is it folks. This is the Etemenanki - “the tower of the foundations of heaven & earth.” It was rebuilt by King Nebuchadnezzar 2 in Babylon Iraq around 600 years before Jesus came. It’s about 90 metres high. The little “penthouse” on the top is where these boys & girls would summon a “higher power” (demon) to come & dwell & bless the city with bumper crop harvests & fertility & protect the city & help the city prosper financially. In return they would sacrifice “things” to the deity on top of keeping this ziggurat nice & clean. This my friends is the closest that we have to the Tower of Babel that humanity built in Genesis 11 to “access the heavens!” It was a very similar “portal” for demon worship. God came down & saw this kind of tower & the city built around it - he wasn’t happy. That’s why he made us speak all different languages & scatter around the world. Linguists of today have traced back all current languages in the world to around 70 different dialects originating from Iraq around 5000 ago 🤔!

I'm a proudly Zimbabwean & Shona & from the ghettos of Harare. I'm (on the most part) a Jesus guy & I don't drink. So why on earth am I starting to learn about wine of all things 🤔? This is where my journey in studying wealth management has taken me - of all places 😳! Expensive watches, vintage cars, ugly art & WINES. After learning everything I can about property & investment & private equity & family offices & trusts & sovereign wealth funds! I went on to study asset protection & how the rich DON'T pay tax. Now I'm learning tons about how the rich folks use all sorts of assets like yatchs, private planes, art & watches & wine collections to EXPONENTIALLY grow their wealth. These boys & girls are literally printing money out of nothing by owning toys 😂! When I finished property school & business school I looked at the super rich & used to think these guys are show offs 🙄! Now I know better - there is method in their madness. These guys know EXACTLY what they are doing by splashing money around 🤔!

WHEN GOD SAYS NO! In the Bible there are 2 specific requests which God said NO to Moses! First in Exodus 33 vs 20 God flatly refused to let Moses see God's face. Then later God flatly refused to let Moses enter the promised land of Israel. 1500 years later God himself (Jesus) came to earth and lived in the promised land of Israel. On the transfiguration of Jesus Christ in Matthew 17 the disciples see Jesus transformed to his heavenly body and who is Jesus talking with on the mount - Elijah and Moses 😳! The very things God refused to give Moses - God gave those exact things to Moses in a better deal. God let Moses enter Israel and Moses talked to God (Jesus) face to face 😍! When u are a child of God - God's love for u is so much & his plans for u are so good that his NO is always bcos he has a better deal for u. Jesus is the only thing that matters in your life. So one of my business associates bought me a gift - a very expensive perfume / cologne / fragrance (I’m PROUDLY Zimbabwean & PROUDLY from the ghetto so I don’t know the difference 😏)! But beyond the deep friendship that I’m developing with him and beyond his kind gesture, what has blown me away about this particular guy is his business skills. Of all the guys I have done business with I have NEVER met anyone like this guy. For him - nothing is ever just a transaction - the first thing he ALWAYS thinks about is how to make the other guy win from the deal. U always feel like u are walking away from him with value & u don’t feel like he has taken u for a ride at all. At the end if I have to choose between 4 guys to do a deal with I always want to approach him first. Most important of all - he does everything to make the deal work. Some people are just natural born business men. Thank u for everything my bro - looking forward to doing lots of business together.

UNBELIEVABLE: JESUS STILL FOUND HIS WAY INTO NORTH KOREA 😳! How do u still manage to find Jesus in a country that has burned every single church & banned the Bible & executed every single pastor for decades 😳! Well - South Korean pastors have been flying balloons with GPS trackers with Bibles into North Korea but those keep being shot down. Now comes the shocker - many escaped immigrants who made it out of the dark prison cells tell of a bright light & a man dressed in white appearing & telling them everything will be OK while in prison. Then the same man in white guiding them through escape routes that avoid mines & dogs & soldiers who are guarding the borders of North Korea & China. Those escaped North Korean immigrants finally reach South Korea & enter a church for the first time. Only from images in the church do they recognize the person in white was Jesus 😳!
