Prevance Capital

Prevance Capital Prevance Capital is a privately owned, global, specialist provider of short term property finance solutions.

Bridging Finance is of a short term nature to bridge the gap from now until the anticipated date of receipt of funds. Essentially our bridging finance solutions assists you in accessing funds that may only be due to you in the near future. Typically, we advance funds upfront to sellers of properties were the proceeds are only receivable on transfer of the property through the deeds office system.

This includes estate agents and agencies commissions which generally are also payable on transfer of the property sold and where Prevance advances the funds upfront in anticipation of the eventual receipt of such commissions. Short terms loans can also be arranged, secured by first mortgage bonds over a property supported by a credible repayment plan for the loan.

An opportunity deal requires speed and certainty.

When traditional approvals stall your progress, secured bridging allows you to leverage property you already own to execute the transaction immediately. You get to fund your next project without liquidating your existing assets.

It comes down to structuring the finance around your exact timeline so you do not miss out.

At Prevance, we advance funds against concluded property sales in hours, not months.

If waiting on the transfer process is holding things up, unlock your client's proceeds and keep the deal moving.
