Everything Roof We Do;
1)Total Roof Restoration
a) Remove all loose ridge caps then replace damp plastic
b) Reposition all loose tiles
c) Replace all broken tiles and branderings
d) Pressure washy the whole roof including valleys and gutters
e) Membrane and rubberize all ridge joints
f) Apply 1 coat primer and 2 coats liquid rubber sealant color of your choice.

2)Total Roof Restoration
a) Replace all loose and missing nails with capped Tek screws
b) Replace all broken sheets and purlins
c) Pop revert all loose sheets
d) Membrane and rubberize all nails and overlaps
f) Pressure washy the whole roof including valleys and gutters
g) Install over or under tile flashings
h)Apply red oxide after sanding all rusted sheets
i)Apply 1 coat primer and 2 coats liquid rubber sealant color of your choice
R65/m2 including material
3)Concrete Slab
a)Cut in deep cracks and fill it with riversand mix
b) Apply light screed to level and create slope
c) Pressure washy the whole slab
d) Apply bitumen primer and install 4mm thermo flexi membrane
e) Apply 2 coats silver paint
R300/m2 including material
4)Badge and facial boards
a) Replace all rotten branderings
b) Install the boards and paint
5)Gutters
a) Clean all gutters
R20/m from 100m and above
b)New gutter installation (seamless)
c). Lay gutters and downpipes then apply silicone on al joints
R300/m material inclusive.
