2,8% + 14% is our equivalent fee calculation. (Key Location (Pty) Ltd is not a VAT vendor). Key Location offers a complete, cost effective property selling platform. Key Location will prepare a tailored online marketing campaign. Your property will be showcased on many leading property websites.

Marketed locally, nationally and internationally through our affiliations. Key Location may write and negotiate offers on your behalf. Customised hands on service. Screening of buyers. Quality photography. Advice on how to achieve a top price. No Show or open days. Key Location will take care of the legal paperwork. Key Location is a team of skilled & professional property advisors invoicing a flat fee. (We are not Estate Agents)
Deposits are held with the conveyances of the seller.s choice. (Key Location will track the sale)
Cost saving calculation:
The traditional estate agent charges on average: 5,5% + 14% VAT = 6.27%
Key Location service fee is equivalent to: 2,8% + 14% *VAT= 3.19% (not commission)
Example:
A sale of R1 000 000.00 (One Million Rand)
Key Location@ 2,8% +14% *VAT = R31 200.00
Estate Agent@ 5.5% + VAT = R62 700.00
Total saving = R31 500.00 (per R1 Million) of Real hard earned Money
Should a sale be concluded under R500 000.00 there will be a flat fee of R14 250.00.

OPTION 2: (Prefer to sell your property privately)
Zero 0% commission. R3 000.00 Flat fee*. Load your property and get started **. For Sale board (Optional Extra - R550.00). Key Location website presence, with limited property website exposure. We offer legal advice and map out procedures to guide you. We offer you the legal documentation required to prepare an offer to purchase. Any questions you have; just ask - It is free. We may advise the following services on request:

Plumbers
Electricians
Damp repair specialist
Beatle fumigation firms
Furniture removal companies
Prepare a detailed brochure for you to print
With option 2 there is no direct interaction between Key Location and the buyer and Key Location does not take responsibility or assist with negotiations between buyer and seller.

** Subject to approval by the Key Location administration team and payment. The valuable difference between paying R3 000.00 flat fee and the 2,8% + 14% flat fee is that our skilled advisor will intervene and contribute with skilled abilities and will personally be appointed to negotiate a higher price on your behalf, streamline the marketing and sign up a water tight agreement, thus making it a seamless transaction. You will be guided and assisted from grass roots to finalisation. At any stage you may convert from option 2 (after paying R3000.00) to option 1 [2,8% + VAT( 14%) flat Fee], in which case, the R3000.00 upfront payment will automatically be deducted from the final invoice on the successful sale and transfer through Key Location. Should a successful sale and transfer not be achieved on option 2 or you decide to withdraw your property from the market for whatever reason, the R3000.00 will be retained by Key Location (Pty) Ltd.
