About this position.... We are looking for qualified and competent project managers to join our team. Our investment company provides financial and advisory services in a number of sectors including, aviation, oil & gas, agriculture, energy and technology industries.
Project Managers will be responsible for the supervision and management of various projects. We seek individuals with excellent time management and communication skills who can collaborate effectively within teams to manage and deliver projects within quality, time and budget and are tech-savvy with in-depth understanding of how technology can help our clients achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
Scope project requirements and prepare budgets
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects.
Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
Monitor and report based on provided metrics
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Provide end-to-end project management Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience as a project manager
Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and MS Excel
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Excellent organization and time management skills
Communication and team management skills
