We have launched the Ashburton Core Plus Income Fund which offers a higher yield than traditional corporate money market funds.

The Ashburton Core Plus Income Fund is aimed at corporate investors looking for a competitive yield, with regular income distributions, capital preservation and next day liquidity.

The fund was launched in response to a number of clients asking for a fund that could outperform corporate money market returns while having a conservative mandate.

It may become harder to “keep up with the Kardashians” if the treasure trove of private equity currency available globally comes looking on our shores, says Patrice Rassou, Chief Investment Officer.

The good news is that as long as buyers are willing to pay a fair price for these assets and invest in the growth of these businesses, all may not be lost for SA Inc.
