Medium Term Budget
What I heard Minister Godongwana say:

Government does not have money, therefore it will be spending less. This says they may not be able to give as much support to help with things like school, healthcare, or other support.

In short, the budget is a reminder to be smart with spending and to try to save, as the government is working on getting its own “debt” under control.

Let’s continue to cultivate the culture of saving.
