At A-OSH EXPO 2026, RMA showcased its Integrated Group Value Proposition, highlighting our evolution from a traditional workers' compensation insurer to a holistic social insurer.

As Dr Jessica Hutchings explained, compensation alone cannot restore a life changed by a workplace injury. That's why RMA's approach focuses on the full continuum of care: preventing incidents before they happen, rehabilitating and reskilling injured workers where possible, providing compensation when needed, and supporting pensioners through dedicated welfare programmes.
