We are looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as inbound and outbound call center agents in our Call center companies which are located in and around Gauteng
YOU MUST BE WILLING TO UNDER-GO THROUGH THE TRAINING BEFORE STAR WORKING
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Making and answering incoming customer calls.
? Utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary.
? Contact clients to arrange delivery of parcels
? Capturing data according to required standard
? Doing follow ups to ensure client satisfaction
? Managing different accounts.
? Providing excellent and efficient service
Requirements:
? Grade 10 ,11 and 12 and or Equivalent
? Basic computer knowledge
? Quick thinker
? Problem Solver
? No related or any call center experience is needed as induction and training will be conducted for a week.
