RISK BENEFITS ADMIN MANAGER
LOCATION – HEAD OFFICE – PARKTOWN JOHANNESBURG
Southern Africa Quantum Consultants and Actuaries (Pty) Limited is looking for a Risk Benefits Admin Manager for their Parktown Office with the following skills and attributes: Competent in Microsoft skills - Excel, Word document, Outlook, Internet, EB Systems. Good Technical Skills, Able to work well in a busy environment, Good Organizational skills, Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, Able to work independently and in a Team, Good Management skills to keep team motivated and functioning optimally.
Available: 01 December 2022
Desired Education:
• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification- degree/diploma in Accounting/Maths will be advantageous
• RE5 exam
Other minimum experience:
• Management of an EB/Insurance Admin team for 2 or more years
Key responsibilities:
• Authorization of Funeral, Death and Disability Claims
• Management of premiums collection and reconciliation process
• Preparation and analysis of External and Internal Reports
• Daily monitoring of work outputs to ensure SLA is being met
• Procedure development, implementation and controlling
• Project Leader on internal tasks
• Overall, Team management-performance reviews, training etc.
