Role : Customer Support Agent
Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg
Start Date: 01 October 2024

Chengeta Diaspora, a tech company in the fintech industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team. This is an in-office role, and we are looking for someone available to start on the 1st of October 2024.

Key Requirements:

Fluent in English and either Shona or Ndebele
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other platforms
Assisting clients with technical and service-related issues
Providing timely solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintaining records of customer interactions and feedback
