Inflation has a HUGE impact on our savings and spending power. R100 cannot buy the same quantity of necessities that it could 5 years ago.

Did you know rent is one of the costs that has historically kept pace with inflation?

As long as rates stay elevated, the Rent-vs-Buy decision will continue to skew in favour of "Rent" for most.

What can we learn from investors who have endured recessions in the early 80s and late 90s? Save for the short/medium term, with extreme discipline, with the objective to invest in assets that appreciate over time and generate monthly income to supplement a salary. Long term Focus.

Meet Kenny Moyo, with a serve as fast as the flash.🎾 He has been in love with the sport since he could walk and instantly knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Having gone through multiple adversities during the pursuit of his vision, Kenny stuck to his obsession for 13 years. Today, He is a professional tennis coach with an impressive clientèle.

R10 per litre was the price of 95 unleaded petrol in December 2011.

10 years later, in March 2022, the price is R20 per litre. On average, this is a 10% increase every year. The reality is, life will continue to get more expensive over time !
