Welcome to Zareen Baig Consortium MW Ltd. All legal entities are in the phase of completion, ready to sail the Malawian Market first, and then out to the other nations in the near future. We had a very fruitful board meeting in the Capital City of Malawi - Lilongwe City Centre in the past week. We are looking forward to the investors and progress assessment meeting in November 2022.
Here are some of the things that transpired out of our first stakeholders' meeting;
Phase 1
Stakeholders and Investors Meeting followed by the registration of all entities under the Zareen Baig Consortium family.
Phase 2
Selection of our HQ Offices and Location for the stores to be planted. This phase also includes the renovation and branding of the offices and stores to be opened. The procurement of business equipment, vehicles and fixed assets for all our Malawian operations falls under phase 2.
Phase 3
The construction of our main website www.zareenbaig.com and all the sub domains for online business connections. This phase also includes the identification, creation and hosting of company emails.
Phase 4
Human Resource work. This incudes hiring workers and the procurement of labour according to the labour rules, laws and regulations of the nation of Malawi in the Department of Labour.
Phase 5
The identification and rolling out of the Subsidiaries.
