JOB DESCRIPTION
As a call centre consultant, you may be required to work in both the inbound and outbound call centre.

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:

· To professionally resolve inbound queries from clients and all relevant parties.
· To ensure that queries which are unable to be resolved immediately are followed up and resolved within the agreed turnaround time.
· Answering inbound calls
· Resolving email queries where necessary.
· Making outbound calls to clients and other relevant parties to request for further information that is outstanding for query resolution.
· Maintaining accurate details of all queries.
· Data capturing
To keep abreast of product knowledge through continued assessments.

COMPETENCIES
· Client service focused.
· Excellent numerical and verbal ability.
· Exceptional communication skills – predominantly listening skills i.e. identifying the problem

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
·Grade 10,11,12 or equivalent
· Proficient in English and at least 2 other languages
· Excellent verbal and numeracy skills
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and comprehension of the English language
