One Group. Three Countries. One Shared Purpose.

This Mandela Day, teams across the Lionshare Holdings Group stepped away from their desks and into their communities, demonstrating that leadership is measured not only by business success, but by the impact we make in the lives of others.

At our Head Office, employees partnered with One Moment Foundation to donate essential hygiene products, reinforcing the belief that dignity begins with access to life's basic necessities.

In South Africa, the Lionshare Auto Group team visited Ngwana House in Polokwane, a place of safety for babies who have been abandoned or whose families are unable to care for them. The visit was a powerful reminder that compassion, hope and human connection can help rewrite even the most difficult beginnings.

Across the border in Mozambique, Lionshare Auto Group Mozambique joined the South African Chamber of Business in Mozambique (SACBM) and Dra. Graça Machel in commemorating Mandela Day through a community initiative at Mavalane Hospital's Paediatrics Department. Supporting children, mothers and healthcare workers, the initiative reflected a shared commitment to service, dignity and strengthening the communities we are privileged to serve.

Mandela Day is more than a date on the calendar. It is a reminder that every act of kindness, every partnership and every hour of service has the power to create lasting change.

What happens when a company stops talking… and starts listening?

Recently, we asked our people one simple question:
"How are we really doing?"

The response was remarkable:
▪️ 70.7% of our employees participated in the survey.
▪️ 80% rated their overall job satisfaction positively.
▪️ 95%+ said they are proud to work at Lionshare.
▪️ 95–99% said they believe in our vision and values.
▪️ 83% said they find their work meaningful.

Those numbers make us proud.
But they weren't the most important part.
Our people also told us where we need to improve, from workload and training to leadership consistency, operational tools and employee benefits.

Instead of defending ourselves... We're listening.
Because culture isn't built by pretending everything is perfect. It's built by creating an environment where people feel safe enough to speak honestly and by having leaders willing to act on what they hear.

The strongest organisations don't grow because they avoid difficult conversations. They grow because they have them, that's how trust is built, that's how businesses improve and that's how cultures last.

Through our CSI initiative, One Moment Foundation, we reached a powerful milestone in 2025, over 2 million meals distributed.

This impact was made possible by the unwavering commitment of our Partners, supporters and volunteers who continue to stand with us in the fight against hunger. What began as a single moment of compassion has grown into millions of meals, millions of smiles and countless moments of hope.

To mark this milestone, our team dedicated their time at food centres, sharing food and connecting with the incredible men, women and children who are homeless and disadvantaged. Through the One Moment Foundation, it has never been only about numbers. It is about dignity. It is about hope. It is about standing alongside communities and reminding one another that no one walks alone.

To every volunteer, partner, supporter and every hand that has helped pack, cook, deliver and serve, this milestone belongs to you.

12 million meals served in 2025. And millions more moments to make a difference.
