Due to the recent riots, the network systems of some banks were affected. As previously advised and becaused of fraudulent proofs of payments by some members, Finance confirm with the bank regarding the authenticity of payments made into the bamboo designated accounts. This exercise is affected by the impact of the riots on the banking sector.

We are advised that the bank network systems should be restored today. We shall therefore wait for the bank network system to be repaired to enable us to continue with processing withdrawal payments. Members will accordingly be updated on developments.

COMPENSATION FOR MISSED DAYS OF TASKS DURING SERVER UPGRADE

During the five days from July 2 to July 6, many people failed to complete the task due to the system upgrade, or did the task but the amount was not correctly reflected.

UPDATE ON PENDING WITHDRAWALS AND SYSTEM

Dear Members,

Due to the system update a few days ago, the withdrawals could not be paid and approved normally. The Finance Department had to wait for the update to be finalised in order to continue with their review and processing activities. This was only able to resume during the course of yesterday. Today, the Finance Department is also working overtime to pay all outstanding withdrawals. Please don't worry, all approved withdrawals will be paid.

Furthermore, the illegal software that was used to attack our system, caused a lot of junk data and instability in the system, the Technicians have been working overtime to repair it, they are actually still busy fixing the system. We just had to open the system to allow members to continue with their tasks due to the panic that was building up in the past few days and opportunistic scammers taking advantage of our setbacks to create even further panic amongst our members by spreading false information about Bamboo.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Bamboo will start compensation activities one after another to compensate for the losses caused to legitimate members.

Please take note of the following important updates and information regarding the system.

UPDATE OF SERVER REPAIRS
โ™พIn order to ensure that the system runs smoothly without any foreseeable future interruptions after this server update, and according to the recommendations of our Technicians, the system will only be back by 9:00am on Monday, 5 July 2021. Before then, we advise members to refrain from logging into the system thereby interrupting the work of the Technicians.

DEPOSITS
โ™พAll deposits made before and during the server repairs will be credited on Monday, 5 July 2021 when the system has been restored. Members that made deposits must still submit the required proof of payments (Pdf email proof, bank sms notification, successful payment bank app screenshot Or deposit slip) to VIP Services to confirm the deposits.

COMPENSATION FOR MISSED TASKS
โ™พBamboo apologises for the missed tasks during the period of fixing the server and will on Monday, 5 July 2021, announce a compensation activity to make up for the missed tasks.

WITHDRAWALS
โ™พFinance will continue making payment of all verified and approved withdrawals in sequence but cannot verify, approve and process the withdrawals fpr Friday, 2 July 2021 as they can't log into the database to get the withdrawal list.
