Please take note of the following important updates and information regarding the system.
UPDATE OF SERVER REPAIRS
โพIn order to ensure that the system runs smoothly without any foreseeable future interruptions after this server update, and according to the recommendations of our Technicians, the system will only be back by 9:00am on Monday, 5 July 2021. Before then, we advise members to refrain from logging into the system thereby interrupting the work of the Technicians.
DEPOSITS
โพAll deposits made before and during the server repairs will be credited on Monday, 5 July 2021 when the system has been restored. Members that made deposits must still submit the required proof of payments (Pdf email proof, bank sms notification, successful payment bank app screenshot Or deposit slip) to VIP Services to confirm the deposits.
COMPENSATION FOR MISSED TASKS
โพBamboo apologises for the missed tasks during the period of fixing the server and will on Monday, 5 July 2021, announce a compensation activity to make up for the missed tasks.
WITHDRAWALS
โพFinance will continue making payment of all verified and approved withdrawals in sequence but cannot verify, approve and process the withdrawals fpr Friday, 2 July 2021 as they can't log into the database to get the withdrawal list.
We profusely apologise for the inconvenience caused but assure our members that this was a necessary step for the good of our legitimate members whom we are forever thankful for, for their continuous valued support.
