Divercity Urban Property Group has taken transfer of the Conradie Park site, now known as Parkline, marking a key milestone in bringing this large-scale Cape Town development to life.

Cape Town Development Update: 23 Lower Long

Construction has reached an exciting milestone with the casting of the 5th floor slab now underway. Despite a challenging winter season, the team has kept the project on track, with the parking levels nearly complete.

As the structure rises above the podium, the building is beginning to make its mark on the city skyline. The next stage will see progress into the residential floors, bringing this landmark closer to completion.

On the retail side, we’ll soon be announcing newly signed tenants that will add further vibrancy to the development.

With spring around the corner, we look forward to warmer days and continued momentum as this new addition to Cape Town’s CBD takes shape.

The Herringbone comprises 398 apartments designed to support connected, community-focused living in one of Cape Town’s most dynamic urban corridors. We’re encouraged by the overwhelmingly positive response from residents and the market.
