An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Live-in General Manager position at a luxurious boutique guest house situated in the picturesque Wilderness region of South Africa. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
The ideal candidate must possess a diverse range of skills, including proficiency in VAT returns, Xero accounting, Nightsbridge, and other extranets/online platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia. They should also have a strong background in social media marketing and be knowledgeable about Google SEO/AdWords. Furthermore, they must have the ability to create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.
Apart from these qualifications, the role of the General Manager also requires excellent skills in preparing breakfast and supporting the kitchen staff to maintain the 5-star standard.

R100 per hour (when doing relief management this is automatically included). Iβll gladly include 2 meal services per month for establishments enrolled in the monthly retainer of R1000 per month.
