These numbers could quickly create a false representation of actual findings yet, the overall picture reflects a percentage that should be considered in line with sales averages and the volume of sales in direct relation to previous years' stats.
Kraaibosch Country Estate and Kraaibosch Manor are based in close proximity to the Garden Route mall and have now been just about fully developed with but a few developments being finalised.
Kraaibosch Manor has been fairly dormant over the past few years but recent activity in 2026 suggests that the demand for larger homes on larger stands is good.
Kraaibosch Country Estate had a sale boom in 2024/2025 with a high volume of sales but 2026 to date much slower. There is reason for that.
