HouserHouser is looking for a **dynamic, motivated and results-driven Property Manager** to join our growing team in Embalenhle.
This is more than a traditional property management position. We are looking for someone who is **confident, persuasive and passionate about people and property** — someone who can go into the community, identify landlords who need assistance and convince them of the value that professional property management can bring to their rental business.
# # # 🔑 What you will do:
✅️ Identify and approach potential landlords in the community
✅️ Promote HouserHouser's property management services
✅️ Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords
✅️ Identify landlords' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
✅️ Assist with tenant and landlord queries
✅️ Resolve problems and manage conflicts professionally
✅️ Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into new business
✅️ Support the ongoing management of properties and client relationships
✅️ Represent HouserHouser professionally within the community

We are looking for someone with:

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Excellent problem-solving abilities
✔ Strong conflict-resolution skills
✔ Confidence when speaking to landlords and clients
✔ A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven attitude
✔ The ability to work independently and in the field
✔ Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills
✔ An interest in property and real estate
✔️ Willing to earn a basic salary, plus commission.
Previous property or sales experience will be an advantage, but **we are particularly interested in finding someone with the right attitude, confidence and ability to sell.**

🚗 A valid Drivers License is compulsory.
