You've found your dream home and received multiple quotes from the banks for home loans but don't know which one to move forward with?

Here are some factors to help guide you:

1) LOAN TO VALUE - this is the amount that the bank will lend you in relation to the house purchase price. The lower the LTV, the higher the deposit amount you will need to put in eg LTV of 80% means the bank will loan you 80% of the purchase price and you will need to pay the balance of 20% as a deposit.
