It is with great pride that we share with you our 11th Anniversary at Aries Recruitment.
The journey has been incredibly rewarding, exciting, a huge learning curve and the privilege of meeting and helping many wonderful people from all walks of life.
Undoubtedly, for most of us the world over, 2020 was one of the most difficult and challenging year for many decades.
Our Industry experienced the full force of many Companies freezing Recruitment, moving staff to work from home and sitting tight as the pandemic hit hard.
Our survival depended on our loyal Clients and Candidates who had capacity to employ or be employed during this period. We learnt a valuable lesson in that the building and maintaining relationships are so critical to ensure our door is knocked upon.
We thank you all Clients, Candidates, networking partners and everyone involved in our day to day Business for your ongoing stance to support us, without you we would not have survived.
Perfect timing! As our President announces the move to Level 1 lockdown, on the eve of our Anniversary, we have renewed hope that our ailing Economy will start opening up and we can all get back to some kind of norm.

Retirement Benefits Counsellor - Bellville

My client seeks a Retirement Benefits Counsellor to be part of this dynamic business. It is key for the company that you have a customer/member focus and that you can work well in their team and independently. Resilience and having an insight in the EB Industry is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

*Face-to-face, telephonic and written counselling, information and support

*Technical product knowledge of retirement funds and other retirement related investment products

*Creating a positive member experience

*Effective and technically competent resolution of queries and complaints

*Maintain and improve counselling registers and reports for submission to the fund Trustees

*Relationship management with stakeholders

Skills:

*Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)

*Xhosa (verbal) - ESSENTIAL

*Good understanding of relavant legislation

*Problem solving skills

*The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and understandably, both in a verbal and written format

Experience:

*Minimum 2-5 years' experience dealing with clients within an Employee Benefits environment

Education:

*Degree or Diploma -

Remuneration:

Market related salary, depending on the experience and ability of the successful candidate
