To my very inlaw Verydarkblackman I don’t agree with this your submission on Dangote Industries That statement no hold water at all. You’re comparing private entrepreneurship with regulatory failure and calling it the same thing. Aliko Dangote built industries from scratch—cement, sugar, salt, fertilizer—created thousands of jobs, reduced imports, and kept billions inside Nigeria. You may disagree with monopolies or policy advantages, but that’s a system problem, not proof that he’s an “enemy of growth.”
Farouk Ahmed represents regulatory capture and incompetence—someone whose job is to protect Nigerians but failed to do so. One builds, the other regulates. One produces value, the other is supposed to enforce standards. Mixing the two is either ignorance or deliberate misdirection.
Criticize Dangote fairly if you want, but pretending he’s worse than failed regulators is dishonest. Know facts, know context—then we can talk about peace.

The Kaduna State Police Command has announced a significant breakthrough in its fight against kidnapping, arresting 26 suspected kidnappers in a series of coordinated raids.
