What a privilege it has been to experience the incredible sport of fencing firsthand.
Before this event, we knew very little about the sport. Today, we leave with a genuine appreciation for the skill, discipline, sportsmanship, and sense of community that make fencing so unique. Watching athletes compete with such precision and respect for one another was truly inspiring.
Thank you to Fencing KZN for allowing us to partner with you as the naming-rights sponsor. It has been an honour to stand alongside the committee, volunteers, parents, coaches, officials, and athletes who invested countless hours to make this event a success.
One of the greatest privileges was not simply sponsoring the event, but labouring alongside the Fencing KZN family - sharing in the preparation, celebrating the victories, and witnessing the dedication that happens behind the scenes. It is in these moments that lasting partnerships are built.
To every fencer who stepped onto the piste, congratulations. Your commitment, courage, and respect for your opponents reflect the very best of competitive sport. To the families and supporters, thank you for the sacrifices you make to enable these athletes to pursue excellence.
