WHAT IS BULLISH ENGULFING ????

Bullish engulfing is formed with two bearish and bullish candlesticks. This engulfing bullish pattern is formed when the bullish candlestick on the second day opens lower and closes higher than the bearish candlestick on the previous day.

An example of bullish engulfing is like the picture above where the bullish candlestick swallows the bearish candlestick completely.

Bullish engulfing occurs when a price is in a downtrend and when this bullish engulfing is formed, it indicates that the trend phase will make a correction and is expected to turn into an uptrend phase.

DOUBLE TOP 📉& DOUBLE BOTTOM 📈

1- Double top is when the price reaches resistance level for two times. Strong resistance indicates that price is hard to be penetrated so the price will keep moving down.

Uptrend ➡️ Downtrend

2- Double bottom is when the price reaches support level for two times. Strong support shows that the price cannot continue moving downwards so the price will start moving up.

Downtrend ➡️ Uptrend
