As Managing Director of Subtech SA, a position I've held for the past three years, I've had the privilege of contributing to the company's journey through various phases of growth and challenges. With 17 years of experience at Subtech SA, starting as a young diver and working my way up, I've gained a deep understanding of our company's values, strengths, and capabilities. Like many organizations, we've faced our share of ups and downs, but one constant has remained at the forefront of our decision-making: our commitment to putting our clients and employees first.
Throughout our journey, we've learned valuable lessons about resilience, adaptability, and the importance of prioritizing our stakeholders. We've come to understand that success is not solely defined by financial metrics, but by the relationships we build, the trust we earn, and the positive impact we have on our clients and employees.
