Black businesses are facing difficult times economically, as all cost are high. As we are witnessing a drop in customer purchasing products. This has affected many companies within construction infrastructure industry. In order to sustain our entities, we need to unit and agree in investing in local manufacturing to decrease cost price of materials etc

As most small companies rely solely in urban supplies for products and manufacturing. We understand the security risk of security on township business. Unfortunately that our only solution we have to build sustainable black business. We must rely on our own produce and supplied product for small black businesses to be competitive.

Here we talk brick, blocks, concrete, sand, concrete stones etc manufacturing. We dont have township manufacturers of basic construction materials leading to opportunities of small businesses to compete. As relying on urban suppliers and manufacture has many barriers for black businesses to access products cheaper.

The is an opportunity in starting construction materials manufacturing firm and supplying companies in township. The is a huge market for these two business. It will also help construction companies get more business as the cost price will cheaper and affordable to customers.

BLACK BUSINESSES SUPPORT

It is a fact that black businesses rely on black community for support. As other races too enjoys support from their own race and mostly black communities. But it also the fact that black businesses are undermined by black consumers on cost prices and unrealistic expectations on their products and services. Black have no problem over paying other races company double the price of a black company and lower their expectations on the product.

These unrealistic support of black businesses by black consumers have lead to many black businesses and ideas failures in South Africa. It also lead to business fronting by other races on government and private contracts. That how they capitalise on black ideas and businesses. The we remain a nation of lazy uncreative human beings.

As black companies we need to be professional in our offering our services and black consumers need to understand we representing them. Therefore we should their first preference of service provider and be realistic on their expectations. As we will never be other races preferred service providers unless for favors.

Black communities must support black entrepreneurs and also be constructive critic's where need be. But not destroyers of their own businesses as black business bost our own economic development and involvement. Destroying black businesses is keeping black people only as laborers not creators of our economy.

SLOW PROGRESS IN TOWNSHIPS INFRASTRUCTURE BUSINESS

It is sad that most entrepreneurs and investors in building infrastructure businesses in townships are lacking vision and innovation. To develop and grow the industry and the economy in townships. As most informal building companies are dominant in this areas as regulations and standards are isolated and ignored.

The role of professional building infrastructural services is the key for the creation building infrastructure to enhancing innovation, social and economical development. That will create positive direction to the construction infrastructure. As current construction infrastructural developments in townships are not addressing serious issue's of social and economical development. Also noting that our community ( Investors ) are less informed infrastructural projects development. It is in this reason that most construction infrastructural professional must play a role in planning and implementation of construction infrastructure in townships and rural areas. As that will deal with serious issue's of poverty, health, unemployment and abuse ect. As construction infrastructure projects should attract solutions to this problems.

It is unfortunate that Africans born in South Africa find it difficult to have land to live and produce while living. This is a right that black South Africans are being sidelined from. Which also is a result of all social ills that our communities suffer. We must think of solutions that will make our communities belong to this land which is land. Our as infrastructure agencies is to arouse that idea because without enough land we cannot develop townships and rural areas into a land that is socially and economically developed. Happy Monday

What makes a successful business? Three elements that makes a sustainable business are financial resource, human resource and material or mechanical resource. If any company lacks one of this element that company is guaranteed to die before it actual death. Look at black owned business in your area are they sustainable? Or Is it possible for a black owned company to be successfully compete with other businesses in South Africa? Most black owned businesses are established from pure vision with no proper business dynamic. Which is why they have short life span. A black owned company in South Africa battle to access financial assistance, competent personnel and production materials.Therefore good ideas die before, the business even initiates. What I mean is that a black South African or African entrepreneur with genuin ideas and ethics in their business, will lose evrything they are and have without realising their business. I call this part of business a silent killer, because most black geniuses die the day they opt to begin their business vision. What is this thing, which destroy lot of potential ideas and visions, well I call it law! A legal ways of acquiring these three resources is systematically developed to guarantee no individual black entrepreneur becomes a success without another race face. I call that fronting, because on your own accord it you won't access all three I ensure you that. What happened in Africa is unfortunate virus made by man. Because not only the system is a barrier but also African community believe that a good product is produced by the other race. The compromise that black entrepreneurs make to see glims of their vision, before it dies with them. That death boomerang death, as many die a shameful death. I'm not meaning an actual death but I mean a failed business. How do we make our businesses a success as black entrepreneurs.
