We would like to invite you to attend our UK inheritance tax / Domicile and Thailand tax seminars, which will be held in multiple locations across Thailand next month in May.
In this seminar the speakers will consider and address the challenges facing expatriates living in Thailand, and in particular those with a UK origin, from the perspective of taxation, asset protection and the safe transfer of wealth on ones passing.

Any expatriates living in Thailand or individuals connected to the UK, who are concerned with the tax regime changes in both the UK and in Thailand.

Brian has been finding legal solutions for expatriates in Thailand for the past 5 years and has built up an impeccable reputation for solving the most difficult of circumstances. More recently Brian has been focussed on the rule changes that have been implemented by the Thai Tax Authority and is actively dealing with many clients assisting with a wide range of solutions to ensure they remain on the right side of the law.

The objective of running these seminars is to clear up any misconceptions surrounding both UK inheritance tax and domicile laws, but equally as importantly, to provide some clarity over the changes to the Thai tax legislation.
IIMG will make a short introduction followed by Rex and Brian, who will both speak for approximately 30 minutes each. This will be followed by a Q&A, giving the audience an opportunity to have their questions answered openly.
