Debtly is a young innovative collaboration of registered Debt Review professionals and Attorneys.
We are looking for experienced lead generators to join our fast growing national team as in the field. Experience in Debt Review is beneficial, however all suitable applicants will be provided with a very basic training manual to study. Open book exams are conducted weekly with a pass mark of 80% required.

Experience needed:
• Ability to identify target markets
• Experience in grass roots cold calling required
• Experience with Debt Review beneficial
• Ability to assess eligibility of leads
• Building relationships with customers
• Hunting and chasing leads
• Handling basic queries
• Uploading of leads onto system via smartphone

Who you need to be:
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Good negotiation skills
• Persistent
• Well groomed
• Self-motivated
• Ability to perform without supervision.

Job Description:
• Identifying consumers who are struggling with debt
• Explaining the benefits and protection Debt Review offers
• Establishing whether they meet the requirements for Debt Review
• Encouraging them to completing a lead form for a FREE assessment
• Uploading the lead form to our system.

Salary:
• Commission: 7,5% of the DC restructuring fee on any converted lead paid out 5 days after the first successful restructured payment of the client.
• Monthly Targets: Bonus prizes are awarded to agents who exceed target and staggered target prizes may include meal vouchers, data, phones, or cash.

Probation:
• The probation period is 3 months. During this time applicants must have access to their own smart phone and data connection - required for uploading lead forms and communicating with team leaders.
• Agents will be supplied with Flyers and Lead Forms and business support.
• Upon completion of the probation period, contract and benefits will be renegotiated based on performance.
• Criminal clearance and credit checks will be required for permanent contract opportunities.
