We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Agent to help grow our client base and generate quality leads.

Requirements:

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Professional telephone etiquette
✅ Confident speaking with potential clients
✅ Strong listening and persuasion skills
✅ Self-motivated and target-driven
✅ Ability to build rapport quickly
✅ Previous sales or call centre experience will be advantageous
✅ Computer literate

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Contact potential clients via telephone

📞 Identify client needs and qualify leads
📞 Schedule appointments for financial advisors
📞 Maintain accurate records of calls and client information
📞 Follow up on leads and nurture prospective clients
